Best Multi-Reticle Red Dot: Aimpoint Duty RDS-MR
Never before has Aimpoint offered anything but a red-dot sight for a reticle. Aimpoint has engineered a system to provide a selectable multi-reticle (MR) to its popular line of RDS Duty-ready optics for rifles, carbines, submachine guns, and SBRs. It was optimized for use with Aimpoint's magnifiers, turning the 1X optic into an even more capable sighting system for targets at longer distances. To manage the power used by the LED, Aimpoint incorporated technology that puts the reticle to sleep after a few hours of idle, immediately sensing movement and activating when needed. The 2 MOA dot can be ran in the traditional stand-alone mode, but a 65-MOA ring surrounds it at the touch of a button. Sorting through the reticle options is made easy with a new toggle switch, while intensity and night vision (NV) controls function and remain familiar to the quality Aimpoint users already expect.
